This most murderous quest only becomes available after you've murdered your way out of Reaver's Manor during The Masquerade. Head to Bowerstone Old Quarter and speak to the art dealer in the small market area. Russel, the proprietor, wants you to kill an up-and-coming artist in order to artificially inflate the value of all his existing works, which Russel currently owns. Obviously, this quest will decrease your moral standing, so good characters may want to pay it a miss.

If you accept, head to Brightwall Village and you'll easily find Thomas Kaidkin in the town square, just inside the gates. Kill him as you see fit and run like the wind back to Bowerstone, where Russel will reward you with 5 Guild Seals, 500 Gold, and some bad karma.
