Overview

Simple fetch and return quest. Afterward, the fixed lift takes you to a quest and dwarf who can eventually take you several places, including the land of the elves.
1 - Lift Operator Babur
Speak with Babur to begin the quest. You'll need to travel to Derold's Smithy at #2 to pick up the required part.
2 - Derold's Smithy
Though he complains, he'll give you the lever to return to Babur. The lift takes you to a special place in Upper Hadar just behind the pyramid. The quest is called Cold Brook and requires access to Ellinia (which you likely don't yet have) to finish. Nevertheless it's good to pick the quest up and talk to the submarine operator.
