Pre-req: Escaped Bear
2nd quest which takes you to Verlon Forest and back.
1 - Menagerie of Stephan Hall
Speak with the Stephan to begin this quest after the pre-req quest. He'll send you to the Old Archon in Verlon Forest for information on breeding beholders. He'll be at #2, just inside Verlon at the north end.
2 - Hut, Archon
When you talk to the Archon about Stephan's problem, he'll hand you some manuscripts to give back to him. Simply take them back and receive your reward! Then talk to the Archon again for his next quest, Talking Bird.
