Find the bear and lead him back.
1 - Menagerie of Stephan Hall
Speak with Stephan Hall here to receive the quest. Hall will give you a Bearka flower, which will cause the polar bear to follow you. You'll find the polar bear at #2.
Note: If you use the Bearka flower in your inventory, then you'll gain +2 rage.
2 - Polar Bear
When the bear gets close to you, he'll begin to follow. Lead him back to the menagerie for the reward!
