Background

You'll receive this quest when you return to your merchant headquarters at Crossroad Keep after completing the quest Missing Associates.


Walkthrough

When you enter the headquarters, you'll find Variel being questioned by Khelgar, and you'll learn that Sa'Sani killed Nas'Sirin and then fled the keep. Variel won't know much about what happened, but she'll report that she heard the words "Samarach" and "temple."

To follow Sa'Sani, you'll need to talk to Orias at the portal in the headquarters. He won't know much more than Variel, but he'll allow you to use the portal for free. Then when you go through the portal to arrive at the Lantanese Lumber Camp in Samarach, you'll complete the quest and gain 300 xp.
