You'll encounter some Xaurpis here. One of them will drop a Heavy Iron Key, which you can use to unlock the door by the entrance (#1) or one of the chests in the room beyond.

7 - Spider Queen
The queen will drop the stiletto
when she dies.
8 - Secret Door
This door can only be opened by interacting with the floor plate on its western side, which you'll only be able to do after arriving at it from the Endless Paths "world" map (Exit W).
9 - Hidden Bone Pile
If you can detect this bone pile, then inside it you'll find a random magical item.
10 - Trapped Tent
Inside this tent you'll find a

11 - Suffering Xaurip
You'll discover a suffering Xaurip here. With Perception 16, you'll detect that its suffering is being caused by ritualistic paint, but you won't be able to do anything about it. You'll only be able to slit its throat or leave it alone.
12 - Broken Egg
You'll find a

in the broken egg here.
13 - Corpse
On the corpse here you'll find
Hand and Key
14 - Hidden Bone Pile
If you can detect this bone pile, then inside it you'll find
15 - Shelf
Inside the shelf here you'll find
Fine Leather Armor
16 - Hidden Skeleton
If you can detect the skeleton here, then inside it you'll find the unique rapier

- Pit. When you enter the room with the pit, you'll discover several Xaurips preparing for a ritual, and they'll all attack you. To make the battle easier, you should immediately retreat. Chances are, only a few Xaurips will chase you, and you'll be able to break the fight into two (or more) parts. Afterwards, you'll find there are three ways you can use the pit: you can jump into it, you can use a
Rope and Grappling Hook, or you can use Athletics 3. Regardless, the pit will take you on a one-way trip down to
- World exit.
