Background

Inside the harbor office (#1), you'll find a to-do list for Easy Leo that mentions Special Whirling Borscht. If you ask Easy Leo (#2) about it, then he'll tell you that it's brewed by the cook in the Whirling-in-Rags, and that it keeps the striking dockworkers "happy and in fighting spirits." If you decide to investigate the borscht, then you'll trigger this task.


Walkthrough

When you talk to the cook in the Whirling-in-Rags (#3), you'll learn that the borscht is fortified with vodka. The cook will then ask you if he should add more. If you say "yes," then afterwards you'll be able to ask for a sample, and you'll receive Alcohol "Goracy's Brew" in return. Otherwise, you won't. But either way, you'll earn 10 xp for completing the task.

Note: Alcohol "Goracy's Brew" is broken -- but in a good way. It will increase your Physique permanently (unless you have the Revacholian Nationhood thought researched and active), making it super overpowered. Use it at your own risk.

Another Note: Your decision here won't have any effect on the mercenary tribunal later in the game.
