Background

You'll need to do two things before you can trigger this task: examine the footprints at the crime scene (#1), where you'll discover that eight people were involved, including one with an "odd sole," and complete the task The Jam Mystery, where you'll learn that a "lady driver" is involved in drug trafficking, and that she wears the unusual shoe.

After doing the above, when you talk to Titus and his Hardie Boys at the Whirling-in-Rags (#2), you'll be able to link them to the other seven footprints at the crime scene, which will link them to the lady driver, which will link them to the drug trafficking. When you make this connection, you'll trigger the task.


Walkthrough

To complete the task, you'll just need to tell Titus that you've connected him to the local drug trade. At first he'll deny your accusations, but then quickly enough he'll admit to everything "theoretically." This will complete the task and earn you 30 xp.
