Background

When you're finally able to interview Klaasje (#1), she'll be forthcoming about her relationship with the hanged man, and what did and didn't happen between them, but when you ask her about the hanged man's name and appearance, she'll get nervous and stop talking. This will trigger the task.


Walkthrough

To get Klaasje to talk more about the hanged man, you'll need to do two things: complete the task Perform Field Autopsy and interview Klaasje about the Tape "Doorgunner Megamix" (which Titus, #2, will mention to you -- and perhaps give you -- at the end of the quest Speak to the Assault Victim). You'll then go over the autopsy with Klaasje, and she'll tell you a few things of interest:

• She'll tell you that she called the hanged man "Lely," which was short for Lelystad, the town where he was from. She'll add that she didn't know his real name, which he claimed "wasn't his."
  
  
• She'll tell you that the hanged man was 42, although he looked older because of his scars.
  
  
• She'll tell you what the hanged man's tattoos meant. You'll need this information for the task The Victim's Tattoos.
  
  
• Telling Klaasje about your conversations with the dead man (if you had any) won't get you anywhere, and will mostly just offend her.

Finishing your questions will complete the task and earn you 10 xp.
