Walkthrough

After your initial conversation with Kim in the Whirling-in-Rags, you can talk to him again. If you ask him about the case and ask for a briefing, then he'll tell you what he knows about the victim and the person who called the authorities. This will trigger and complete the task, and earn you 10 XP.
