You'll trigger this task after completing the task Perform Field Autopsy.


Walkthrough

This task is simple. You'll just need to interact with the body of the hanged man and tell Kim to take it to the morgue. Kim will either pack it up and start the delivery right away (and disappear for the rest of the day), or he'll say that it's too late to take it now (no matter what time it is) and he'll promise to deliver it in the morning (but then deliver it during the night, so you don't lose any time with him). We're not sure what causes the different reactions. It might depend on where you are in the case, or how well the game thinks you can manage without Kim.

Either way, when Kim packs up the corpse, it will disappear from the game for good. So make sure you don't need it for anything else, like stealing its boots or passing the Perception check unlocked during the autopsy. When you complete the task, you'll earn 30 xp.
