Task: Open Trash Container

Background
You'll trigger this task when you examine the locked trash container behind the
Whirling-in-Rags (#1).
Walkthrough
You'll have two choices for opening the container:
- You can use the
Prybar found in Kim's car (#3). This will require you to pass a Physical Instrument check.
- You can get the Key to Trash Container from Garte inside the
Whirling-in-Rags (#2). You won't need to pass any checks for this.
Either way, you'll earn 10 xp for completing the task.
