This strange space station floats through the Gorgon system of the Argos Rho cluster. You won't have the coordinates necessary to reach the station until you've finished the "UNC: Listening Post Alpha" or "UNC: Listening Post Theta" assignments, though.

The Rachni infestation on Nepmos and Altahe originated from here. Time to figure out what's going on.
2 - Rachni Resistance
Four Rachni Workers and a Rachni Soldier inhabit the station's main cargo hold.
3 - Weapon Lockers
A standard weapon locker and a hardened weapon locker line this wall.
4 - Secure Crate
Don't miss this secure crate tucked around the corner.
5 - Wetware Kit
A wetware kit lies on the floor at this dead-end.
6 - Technician Kit
Yet another container awaiting your looting skills.
7 - Locked Crate
Decrypt and plunder.
8 - Upgrade Kit
One last container to search before you head through the east door.
9 - Aid Station
Restock your Medi-gel prior to searching these back rooms.
10 - More Loot
Help yourself to the items contained within this room's upgrade kit, crate, storage locker, secure storage locker, and medical station.
11 - Terminal and Demolition Charges
This terminal contains three audio entries recorded by a Major Elena Flores. In them, she talks about the shipment of Rachni they received for "field testing." As expected, the witty aliens escaped and now Flores and her team are presumably dead following the resulting attack.
To prevent further contamination by this group of Rachni, you'll need to arm the scram charge just to the right of the terminal and then head for the exit before the one minute and ten second timer finishes. Of course, more Rachni inhabit the main cargo hold again, so you'll have to do some more killing on your way out. Once you're back on board the Normandy, the "UNC: Depot Sigma-23" assignment moves to completed.
