You'll be traveling through this map twice - once on your way to the ExoGeni headquarters and once on your way back to Zhu's Hope. Expect heavy Geth resistance at area #5 on both occasions.
Waiting for you just on the other side of this door are a Geth Trooper, a Geth Rocket Trooper, two Geth Shock Troopers, and a Geth Armature.
3 - Recessed Doorway
Another Geth Trooper guards the area inside this recessed doorway. Take him out, then nab the items from the medical kit and upgrade kit lying in the hallway.
4 - Recessed Doorway
As you approach this doorway, you'll hear more radio chatter indicating that at least a couple of refugees inside have just been attacked by Geth. You won't be able to save them in time, but you can kill the four Geth Troopers responsible and then loot the crate inside as payment for your trouble.
5 - Geth Resistance
On your way toward the ExoGeni headquarters, you should expect a fairly tough battle with three Geth Juggernauts and another Geth Armature in this vicinity. On your way back to Zhu's Hope after ridding the ExoGeni headquarters of all Geth, you'll encounter more Geth Juggernauts and Geth Armatures here.
