1 - Arrival
Once you have Captain Ventralis' pass, the eastern elevator on the Noveria: Rift Station Lower Level map will bring you down to these hot labs.
2 - Yaroslev Tartakovsky
As the only remaining scientist here in the hot labs, Yaroslev wants to know if you've come to "contain" their mistake. He'll reiterate the fact that Binary Helix found Rachni eggs in cryogenic suspension on a derelict ship, hatched a Rachni Queen, forced her to lay more eggs, and then moved her to the Rift Station so that they could make the babies "obedient." As you already know, the Rachni were uncontrollable without developing alongside the Queen, and now they must be euthanized.
Tartakovsky tells you that a neutron purge must be set off and then gives you some time to "patch up" before the fight begins. Save your game and then tell Yaroslev that you're ready to begin. He begins to tell you that the arming controls are nearby and that he must give Mira a set of instructions, but is suddenly impaled by a Rachni Soldier that has emerged from a floor vent behind him. Finish it off, then search the scientist's body for the purge codes before heading north to figure out what must be done next.
3 - Mira Terminal
Activate this Mira terminal and instruct the VI to initiate the neutron purge. She'll need proper code authorization to do so, which you should have acquired from Yaroslev's body. Feed the codes to her (875-020-079 Code Omega) and you'll be given 120 seconds to get out of the hot labs before the radiation is issued.
4 - Rachni Resistance
With the neutron purge initiated, a small army of Rachni Workers and Rachni Soldiers have emerged to put an end to your retreat. Pick them off as quickly as you can and then make a dash for the south elevator before you run out of time.
If you've already dealt with Matriarch Benezia, then you should return to the tram and activate it. This will automatically bring you back to the Normandy with another plot-critical planet successfully completed.
