Overview
1 - Caravaneer Barracks
Inside this barracks, you'll find a
10mm Pistol (on a bunk bed), a copy of
La Fantoma (on a desk), a first aid box, and several desks and footlockers that you can loot.
2 - Brahmin Pen
Inside the pen you'll meet Janet. She's involved in the quest
Young Hearts.
3 - Guard Barracks
Inside this barracks, you'll find an "easy" ammunition box, two first aid boxes, and several footlockers that you can loot.
4 - Blake
Blake will sell you a little bit of everything, including the books
Stress and the Modern Refugee: A Primer and
Tiny, Tiny Babies: All You Need to Know about Pediatric Medicine, which you might need for the quest
Bitter Springs Infirmary Blues.
5 - Ringo
If you saved Ringo from the Powder Gangers in the quest
Ghost Town Gunfight, then this is where he'll end up. When you talk to him here, he'll pay you 150 caps for your help in
Goodsprings, and he'll also offer to play Caravan with you.
6 - Main Office
Inside the office you'll meet Don Hostetler and Alice McLafferty (both during the day). Hostetler is involved in the quest
Aba Daba Honeymoon, and McLafferty is involved in the quests
Heartache by the Number,
Pressing Matters,
You Can Depend on Me, and
Young Hearts.
In the main room of the office, you can hack an "average" terminal to read Hostetler's mail, and pick open an "average" safe and a pair of "very easy" desks for some random loot. The safe is also involved in the quest
Heartache by the Number. Inside the bathroom, you'll find a first aid box and a copy of
True Police Stories (on the floor in a stall).
