Overview

1 - Train Station

On the floor here you'll find a locked safe. To get it open you'll need to pick its "hard" lock or hack the "average" terminal next to it. Inside the safe you'll find some random loot.


2 - Train Engine

On the northern side of the train engine, you'll find a skeleton with a Hunting Rifle and some .308 Rounds on the ground next to it.


3 - Conveyor Belt

At the top of the conveyor belt you'll find a duffle bag with Purified Water, Trail Mix, and more inside of it.


4 - Magazines

On the ground here next to a toolbox, you'll find a copy of Boxing Times and La Fantoma.


5 - Ruined Building

On the second floor of this building, you'll find a Service Rifle, a Ranger Hat, a Combat Knife, and a Ranger Holodisk. The holodisk won't lead to anything.


6 - Monument


7 - Big Horn Saloon

Inside the saloon, Ike will sell you a variety of food and drink, including three bottles of Nuka-Cola Quartz. You can also pick up a Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Cap (on a table in the main room), a Lever-Action Shotgun (on a crate in the back room), and a bunch of Sunset Sarsaparilla (in the crates in the back room).


8 - Ruins Entrance

The first time you approach the ruins entrance, you'll meet Lieutenant Monroe, who will give you the quest Boulder City Showdown.


9 - Ruined Building

On the main floor of this building, you'll find some Jet (in the bathroom), some beds, and a copy of La Fantoma (next to one of the beds). On the upper floor, you'll find a set of Spiked Knuckles (on a shelf) and a copy of True Police Stories (in the shelf).


10 - Ruined Building

On the main floor of this building, you'll find a bottle of Buffout, a dozen 10mm Rounds, and a 10mm Submachine Gun (all in the bathroom). On the upper floor, you'll find an ammunition box and an "average" locked grenade box.


11 - Ruined Building

You'll find two NCR hostages here. They're involved in the quest Boulder City Showdown.


12 - Great Khan Hideout

You'll meet Jessup here. He's involved in the quests Boulder City Showdown and They Went That-a-Way. If you kill Jessup, then you'll find Jessup's Bandana and more on his corpse.

Also in the hideout, you'll discover a dead Khan named McMurphy (in the back room). He'll have some random gear on him. You'll also find a pair of ammunition boxes (on the floor next to McMurphy) plus some Fixer and Psycho (on the floor behind the counter).
