Background

You'll receive this quest from Vulpes Inculta in Nipton (#1).


Walkthrough

Inculta will ask you to spread the word about the Legion attack on the "whores" of Nipton. To do this, you'll just need to travel to the Mojave Outpost to the west (#2) and talk to Sgt. Kilborn. You'll get two dialogue options about the attack -- one to simply tell him what happened, and another one to attack him. Both options will complete the quest and earn you 150 xp. You won't gain any fame or infamy either way. But note: if you kill Kilborn too close to the outpost, then the NCR soldiers there will go hostile and attack you.

Note: We've heard others say that you can complete this quest by talking to any NCR officer, and not just Kilborn, but that wasn't the case for us.
