1 - Secret Door

2 - Magic Pillars

You can't do anything with the pillars, although your companions might comment on them if you click on them.


3 - Familiar Surgeon

You'll need to kill the surgeon for the primary quest The Familiars.


4 - Drianjul

Killing the surgeon (#3) will allow you to rescue Drianjul.
