Levio'Sa is the forester guildmaster. You can find her in the Quartermaster's Store in South Cyan.

To get Levio'Sa to vote for you, all you'll have to do is kill the manticore in the Manticore Caves. If you kill the manticore normally, then you'll receive 500 experience. If you kill the manticore using the trap in the caves, then you'll receive 1000 experience and a hunter's cloak.
