Following the Bloodstone Assault quest, you'll now have the help of all three Heroes. Theresa brings you to the top of Hero Hill in Bower Lake to begin a ritual that will grant you access to a weapon capable of defeating Lucien once and for all. Stand in the center and streams of light will begin connecting you to Reaver, Hammer, and Garth. A white light will flash and the ritual will seemingly conclude, though Theresa is nowhere to be seen.

Suddenly, Lucien arrives on the hill and declares himself king of the new kingdom he intends to create. Your allies are then pulled into the nearby Shards and Lucien points his pistol at you. His first shot strikes your dog as he jumps to defend you, but the next hits you point blank. Reality fades away until you wake up... in A Perfect World.
