After reaching Bloodstone during the The Hero of Skill quest, you'll be notified that Sam and Max from The Summoners quest have gotten themselves into trouble again. Pay a visit to Bowerstone Market's town square and head up to the second room on the second floor of The Cow & Corset. There, you'll meet Sam and Max's mother, Mrs. Spade, who will tell you that her boys have ran off to explore Wraithmarsh. Worried about their safety, she wants you to go find them and bring them home.

Fast-travel to the Drowned Farm in Wraithmarsh and follow your dog to a ladder leading down into a large well. Ransack the chest right inside the entrance for a Precious Necklace, then move into the next room to find the two brothers under attack by hollow men. After helping the two idiots avoid death, you'll learn that they've managed to release "a pretty nasty banshee" on the town of Bloodstone. It seems you have more work to do, so grab the 'Mustela' Java Potion from the nearby chest and fast-travel to Bloodstone's waterfront.

Sure enough, a white-robed banshee is sending villagers running in terror from Bloodstone's protruding stone dock. Pick off the little shadows she summons in and then hit her with your most powerful attacks until she fades away, reeling in agony. With your work done here, it's time to return to Mrs. Spade at The Cow & Corset.

You'll arrive just in time to watch the mother chastising her sons for their foolishness ("Don't you remember how your father died? That kraken swallowed him whole!"). She'll then turn to you and ask if they caused any trouble, to which you can use one of two expressions for your answer. Regardless of whether or not you alert their mother to just how much danger the two imbeciles keep conjuring up, you'll earn 4000 renown points and the Banshee Rags trophy for finishing the quest.
