1 - Ambush
At this spot you'll get attacked by three Thugs and a Berrea Mercenary. The mercenary is tough (even if you fight him alone), so make sure you're somewhere around Level 10 before you face him.
2 - Sinkhole
If you attempt to walk to the bag in this area, then you'll likely fall into a sinkhole and get attacked by a dozen noximanders. If you survive the attack, then in the sinkhole you'll discover a corpse holding a
Compass and 40 gp. To exit the sinkhole, look for a ladder on the northeastern side.
Note: If you reach the bag, then you'll find that it's random and only about as good as a barrel.
