Background

After adding Velanna to your party, at some point you'll have a random encounter on the world map where you'll meet some of Velanna's former clanmates. This encounter will trigger the quest.


Walkthrough

During your conversation with Velanna's former clanmates, you'll learn that Velanna was exiled from her clan, and that her clan wasn't exactly sad to see her go. To complete the quest, you'll just need to return to the throne room at Vigil's Keep. There Velanna will explain why she was exiled -- she disagreed with her keeper about how to deal with the humans who were trying to drive the clan away -- and she'll reveal that she feels guilty about what happened to Serrani and the other elves who followed her.

If you play your cards right, then between the two conversations, you can earn up to +17 approval with Velanna. You'll also receive 250 xp at the conclusion of the quest.
