Background
You'll receive this quest from Herren in the
Vigil's Keep courtyard if you ask him about equipping your soldiers.
Walkthrough
Herren will tell you to keep an eye out for ore deposits. You'll find three such deposits during the course of the campaign:
Each time you bring an ore sample to Herren, you'll receive 500 xp, and Master Wade will improve the equipment of your soldiers. Then at the conclusion of the quest, you'll receive an additional 500 xp.
