Overview

To enter the Feld Building, you'll need to trigger the task Look for Ruby on the Coast, which won't happen until near the end of the game. At that point, you'll need to pass an "impossible" Shivers check when examining the mural on the side of the building (#1). This is the exact same Shivers check as the one from the task Ask about Ruby in the Village, complete with the same multitude of bonuses that should make it straightforward to deal with. Passing the Shivers check will reveal a ladder and a drainage pipe:

• Ladder (#2). To climb the ladder, you'll need to pass a "challenging" Savoir Faire check. If you're successful, then you'll end up on the roof, where you'll find a staircase leading down into the building (Exit B).
  
  
• Drainage Pipe (#3). You'll need 2 Perception to detect this pipe. When you examine it, you'll be presented with a "heroic" Physical Instrument check. If you pass it, then you'll make your way through some foliage (Exit A) and pry open a maintenance door (#5), which will grant you access to the building.

5 - Maintenance Door

If you approach this door from outside (Exit A), then you'll need to pass a "heroic" Physical Instrument check to pry it open. Otherwise, if you reach the door after descending from the roof (via #2 and Exits B and C), then Kim will open it for you when you interact with it.


6 - Shadows

If you shine your Flashlight here, then you'll detect a crevice in the wall, which will give you access to the hidden bunker beyond.


7 - Shelf

Inside the shelf here, you'll find a Revolutionary's Hat.


8 - Window

This window is involved in the task Determine Where the Shot Came From.


9 - Box

Inside the box here, you'll find an Interisolary Suit Jacket.


10 - Pipe

If you triggered the "snowing" Shivers thought orb in Martinaise West, and if you used it to learn that someone hid a Polar Anorak inside the Feld Building, then this is where you'll find it.


11 - Ruby, the Instigator

Ruby is involved in the task Look for Ruby on the Coast. If you approach her without Kim, then you'll die ("Cop Dies under the Boardwalk"). Even with Kim, you'll probably take a lot of Health damage, so make sure you have some healing supplies.


12 - Ruby's Camp

At this camp, you'll find Drouamine, Ruby's Journal, and some money. You'll need to read the journal for the task Look for Ruby on the Coast.
