Forward Cargo Hold
Forward Cargo Hold

Did we miss anything? Is there something we didn't discover? Let us know!

The forward cargo hold of the Belltower ship is your next challenge. In it, you won't find too much opposition, but you'll have to navigate a multi-level maze of corridors and climb up and down the cargo containers in order to reach everything. Despite the large number of floors, however, there isn't too much to do on each one, and you should be able to get through quite quickly to the exit at (B).

1 - Office

As you enter this office, you'll hear the computer warning about a stasis pod that has been damaged, triggering a secondary objective. Don't worry about it for now - you'll find the pod shortly. Search the desks for a CyberBoost ProEnergy Bar, then turn your attention to the computers to find some background story information. The button on the front desk near the terminal monitoring the stasis pods can be used to reset the lift at (2) if you lose it at any point. Jump out the window to proceed.

2 - Forward Cargo Hold

The cargo hold looks intimidating, but it's not as big as it seems. If you still have Praxis Kits left over, your life will be made a good deal easier by getting the Icarus Landing System and Jump Enhancement, but you can get by using the elevator and the ladders. The elevator is pretty simple to operate - just press the buttons to make it go up, down, forward and back - but if you abandon it and can't return to it, you'll need to head back to the office at (1) and press the button on the desk to reset it.

It's actually quite easy to progress here - simply make your way to the west side of the cargo hold, whether that's by using the elevator, jumping over shipping containers, or navigating the maze of walkways throughout the hold. No matter how you reach it, though, you'll eventually find a ladder at the back which will take you topside (B). If you're interested in the secondary objective you got earlier, meanwhile, you'll want to head to the very bottom of the cargo hold and jump through the hole in the floor (4). There are other secrets to find as well, which are highlighted in this guide for you.

3 - Cargo Container & Upgrade

To reach here, you'll need to either position the elevator at (2) or use the Jump Enhancement. You'll get a +200 XP bonus for your exploration, and there's also an Ammo Capacity Upgrade inside the overturned cardboard box for your trouble.

4 - Broken Floor

The cargo containers here have fallen and smashed a hole in the floor, which will take you directly to the lowest level and your secondary objective.

5 - Cargo Container & Stash

You can reach this location by either climbing over the railing on the nearby walkway, or falling from high above and landing using the Icarus augmentation. Move the crate inside the container to find a small cubby-hole with an EMP Grenade and Concussion Grenade tucked away. You'll get +300 XP for discovering it.

6 - Cargo Container & Stasis Pods

To reach this small secret, you'll need to either fall from above with the Icarus Landing System, or climb over the walkway railing on this level (easily done if you were just visiting (5)). Use your jump Enhancement to reach the container, then head to the very back to find a Nuke Virus Software and a +200 XP reward.

7 - Cargo Container & Credit Stash

Use your Jump Enhnacement to reach this container, easily visible from the exit ladder. You might also be able to drag crates around and stack them up if you're really dedicated, as well. Inside you'll gain +200 XP, and there's about 200 Credits scattered about. The Pocket Secretary doesn't contain any useful information save for some background on the Belltower soldiers' poker games.

8 - Damaged Container & Jensen's Stasis Pod

The only way to get here seems to be by using the Jump Enhancement to climb the containers. You'll come across some damage caused during Jensen's earlier capture - judging by the bloodstains and dents in the cargo containers, he didn't go down without a fight either. Search the floor for a Stun Gun, Stun Gun Darts, a Tranquilizer Rifle, and a CyberBoost ProEnergy Bar. You'll also receive a +200 XP bonus and gain the Never Forget achievement as well.

9 - Trolley

This room is mostly barren, but check this trolley near the stasis pods for a CyberBoost ProEnergy Pack.

10 - Stasis Pod 73

You'll gain +750 XP for reading the display on the stasis pod. Turns out that its life support functions have been damaged, and if you look closer, you'll notice that it needs a new Stasis Pod Battery to function. Fortunately, a replacement is located nearby in the storage room (11).

Once you've returned with it, slot the battery in and you'll gain +750 XP, plus the Good Samaritan achievement. On top of that, you'll get a discount on Quinn's wares once you've gained access to his shop. With that, you have little else to do here, so take the ladder topside at (B).

11 - Storage Room & Elevator

Move the darker-colored storage crates in this room to find a stash with the Stasis Pod Battery you need at (10), as well as a Reload Speed Upgrade. The elevator in this room will take you up to the office at (1), but there's no way to summon it from the office itself, so chances are you'll only use this as a way to get back up to the main level.

With that, you're pretty much finished with this portion of the level. Make your way to the ladder at (B) and climb your way up to the top.
