Water Dragon's Lair

Overview

There's only one reason to come to the Water Dragon's Lair, and that's to slay the Water Dragon. You can learn this location only from Sanraya (#32) in Hammerberg.


1 - Water Dragon

The Water Dragon knocks over a rock, locking you into the fight. Getting to this point nets you 20AP. It has 500VI and fights from a stationary position, using his cold breath, knock-down waves and bites. The scalded damage effect caused by his cold breath counts as fire damage and can be protected from by burn salve. The Water Dragon is susceptible to fire attacks, so use incendiary arrows or bolts and Iganfixius spells.

Killing the Water Dragon nets you 20AP, a strange artifact (which you need to get beyond the sliding puzzle in the Temple of Efferd) and you can loot his head as a trophy.


2 - Treasure

Some shoddy barrels and chests, as well as 3 craft chests, and 3 lootable chests containing 29D 9T 2F, 12x Diamond Dust, 26x Gold Leaf, 6x Gemstones, Woven Leather Armor, Silver Chain, Gold Ring, Dragon Shield, 4x Candle Holder, Ring of Endurance, Storm Sentinel Robe, Wooden Leg, Weathered Journal and Sanraya's Soul Instrument. Picking up the Soul Instrument nets you 20AP.

On the floor you will see an old dusty lamp. Use it to summon a Djinn, who can transport you back to the ship and teach all your magic users the Summon Djinn spell.
