Stinger Caves (Upper) |
1 - UPPER CAVES
The upper caves have lots of stuff you can loot. One warning: entering the cave in the middle will force you to fight a manticore (I had no problem beating him at level 7 with a +1 weapon). You can get a diamond off his corpse and loot his lair after you finish him off.
2 - EXIT TO LOWER CAVES
After you’ve killed all the stingers and sold off your loot, head down to the lower stinger caves.
3 - STINGER HIGH PRIEST
Your guide is about to be sacrificed by the stinger high priest. Wade through the stingers and ghouls to kill the stinger high priest and then bash the altar until it’s destroyed. Any remaining undead will drop dead (for good) at this point.

4 - PORTAL TO UPPER CAVES
Take the portal behind the altar to get back to the upper cave, then climb one of the boulders to get back to the caravan. Once the guide is returned, you can move on to the Oasis of the Green Palm.
