Divinity II: Ego Draconis Reviews

The English reviews of Larian's Divinity II: Ego Draconis have finally started to appear, though these first two have arrived at considerably different conclusions.

Wonderwallweb finds the Xbox 360 version worthy of a 6.4/10:
Divine Divinity isn't that divine. It is littered with lag issues, repetitive environments and boring and pointless story mode. The post-war enemies are out of place in the setting looking so clean from a game like Fable 2. It's not well thought out and it's not well done, which is unfortunate really.

While Games32 hits the PC version with an 88%:
If you are even remotely interested in playing a top quality RPG, with a narrative that hasn't been told and retold in every single game of the genre, then you shouldn't miss Divinity 2: Ego Draconis. For a company that doesn't spin millions, Larian Studios delivered a real gem, a sequel that surpasses the original in every imaginable way and should please even the most fastidious gamers.
