Why is faction stat loss not a hardcapped loss? It should not just be a mere inconvenence where you put on different +skill jewels. Also the minimum stealing skill should be moved to 90 so even in stat a thief with 120 cannot keep dieing and coming back to steal the sigils over and over.
I don't believe jewelry and other modification methods were take into account when the statloss for factions was originally implemented.
