New users are complaining that they're unable to log into WAR's European site, following assurances from GOA last week that issues experienced in the open beta would be cleared up before launch.
(Your information is inaccurate, sorry,) we were told by a rep this morning. (These problems stem prior to the launch.)
Which is fine, despite the fact that we personally can't log into the European WAR site. We bought the game yesterday, and didn't participate in the beta.
Not being able to log in means we can't set up an account and patch the client. Which means we can't play the game.
