The British Board of Film Classification has rated Fallout 3 18. Unlike the Australian/German version, no cuts are made to the British version of Fallout 3. The advisory reads "[c]ontains very strong bloody violence and gore" with no mention of drugs, the reason for the game's censorship in Australia.
