Q: How extensive is the Flashback system? Can you even redo the tutorials to get the Isolater and Jailbird badges?
A: You can redo any Story Arc, or any mission which gives a badge as a reward. Unfortunately this does not include the actual tutorial missions, but since we are talking about time travel, it would be crazy of us to do the issue without SOME way to go back and get those two, easy-to-miss, badges. Rest assured you will know when the opportunity presents itself to get these badges if you missed them the first time around.
