The Lord of the Rings Online Reviews

Three more enthusiastic reviews for Turbine's The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar start off the new week. The first is at Strategy Informer with an overall score of 9.0/10:
There's plenty of room for Turbine to add new content and goodies for the LOTRO community, though they need to concentrate on more immediate matters of ironing out some rough edges, which are few and far between luckily. Armed with their deed system, player music for laughs and getting to know one another, and a solid environment to weave your Middle-Earth destinies Lord of the Rings Online is a great game, I've had and intend to keep having fun every step of the way. It's a game worthy of Mordor, so get a copy as soon as you can here's one not to miss for any Tolkien fan.

The second is at GameZone with an overall score of 9.0/10:
A good-looking game that pays homage to a beloved fantasy realm. LOTRO is not perfect, by any means, but it is very good. The eye candy combines with the sound to create an immersive environment, and the quest series while still have the kill X amount of this creature are evolving to give the player a sense of being part of the world. And the adventure just gets bigger and grander as you move along.

And the third is at A.V. Club with an overall score of "B+":
Online games are always a moving target, so take this warm first impression with a grain of salt.
