Bethesda Softworks has opened up a new website devoted to official plug-ins for the PC version of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Only the horse armor pack released for the Xbox 360 yesterday is currently available, though two others are listed as "Coming Soon":

All of these are listed at a price of $1.99 each, which seems reasonable if they offer content not already available in free community mods.
