Kul'Tiras is a huge human nation located in an island. It isn't currently in-game. It may be released in the Expansion pack or future add-on. The island should be somewhere southwest of Guilneas and northwest of Stormwind within the Great Sea. It was known in Warcraft 2 to be the biggest Naval fleet of the Alliance. There are other islands missing: Crestfall -- which is supposed to be southwest of Tol Barad and somewhat west of Menethil Harbor, Wetlands. The other island is Zul'dare, just south of Guilneas and north of Kul'Tiras -- all islands can be appreciated in this Map. Both Crestfall and Tol Barad are part of Kul'Tiras' territory. Tol Barard, though was destroyed by the Dragonmaw Orcs during the Second War. Later, rebuilt as a prison, but after the Scourge ravaged most of Hillsbrad, Tol Barad, now known as Purgatory Isle. was affected. Ghosts roam the area in penance.
