Q: Why did my friend get fourteen free days and I got ten?
A: Your friend reactivated his account a hair before you did, and found himself benefiting from our April Come Back campaign. It applied only to people who had played for a certain length of time (I'm being vague because I'm not sure how many months you had to have played in order to qualify), and had quit before the launch of Catacombs. It was a very narrow, specific group that he was part of. If he logged in before we reset the system for the current Come Back campaign, he picked up four extra days. Nice timing on his part. But it didn't work in everyone's favor.
