When you're working in such a large team, hand-written communication and management proves to be very inefficient rather quickly. Therefore, most companies are taking advantage of some kind of bug tracking software - and so are we. We're using Bugzilla, a popular tool originally developed by Netscape and later handed over to the open source community.

Whenever there's an error (that cannot be fixed easily by the corresponding person himself), a developer writes down a bug report and submits it to the central server. Such a report has to be as detailed as possible. What exactly happened? When, where and how? What did the tester do before that? What were the general circumstances? Can it be reproduced?
