These short, melee creatures attack in huge numbers. Hobbes are freaky, scary, cruel beings, with razor-sharp teeth, and a taste for human flesh! They speak no human tongue, but react with faintly comic grunts and squeals. They will often try to ambush a Hero by surrounding him when they get near, rushing to organise themselves in a circle around him. If they succeed, they lay into their victims and attack more viciously.

Hobbe Spellcasters know magic, and will use their staff to send frightening bolts of energy into their enemies.
Many times, large numbers of Hobbes are led by Hobbe Lieutenants, who are known for their fearsome pseudo-militaristic activity.
