There are four player races in Middle-Earthâ„¢ Online, and each one has a unique in-game silhouette so that you can easily tell what race any character is. Hobbits and Dwarves are both quite short, with the edge in height going to the Dwarf. However, there is more to distinguish the two small races from each other than height. We also wanted there to be a body type distinction discernable at distance. Hobbits are proportioned similarly to humans, but are smaller and slightly portlier to reflect their love of leisure in the Shire. The Dwarves, on the other hand, are fierce little tanks in combat. They are much stockier than the Hobbits and are built like fireplugs.
