Fable offers the hero a great deal of experimentation and learning in the world of Albion. Trainers will be available to help the hero hone his skills and abilities in a variety of different areas. But the hero can also learn skills from others who are not necessarily trainers; he can also learn from the townspeople. Sometimes useful skills, sometimes not-so-useful skills can be gained in this way. You can also do things you might not have an opportunity to try in other role-playing games, but it is important to remember that all actions have consequences.
