Owlcat Games released Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, a standalone follow-up to Pathfinder: Kingmaker, back in 2021. And despite the studio's hastily cobbled together reputation for buggy releases that can rival even the likes of Troika Games, since then, Wrath of the Righteous got plenty of patches, three pieces of premium DLC, a console release, and is now angling for another round of downloadable expansions.
Which means Owlcat Games must be doing something right, as evidenced by our review and this recent Twitter announcement letting us know that Wrath of the Righteous was recently able to cross the impressive milestone of selling over a million copies.
