The main attraction of the latest Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Fig update is a six-minute video where Katrina Garsten and Josh Sawyer's puppet alter egos talk about sailing the Deadfire Archipelago. Exploration and random events, crew management, naval combat, and ship customization all get a mention and some bits of related gameplay footage. Check it out:

If you have not completed your survey by this time, we cannot guarantee that it will make it into the game when Deadfire launches.
