The folks at Northern Nerdcast have had Beamdog's lead designer Phillip Daigle and writer Amber Scott as guests for the latest episode of their podcast, which is available on YouTube (the video is embedded below) and at this link in audio format. During the interview, Daigle and Scott discuss their career, their start at Beamdog, and the CRPG-focused online magazine that Beamdog just recently launched.
Most importantly, though, they discuss their work on the Enhanced Editions for Baldur's Gate and its sequel, and the upcoming Siege of Dragonspear expansion, that will bridge the gap between Baldur's Gate and its sequel with circa 25 hours of original content.
