It doesn't appear that our futures will be suffering from a shortage for classic RPG entertainment, as today not only heralded the launch of The Bard's Tale IV Kickstarter campaign, but also the announcement for Shredded Worlds: Dragons of the Rip. This one's in development by a team of veteran role-playing game designers over at Olde Sküül that includes Rebecca Heineman (The Bard's Tale series), Jennell Jaquays (TSR, id Software), Maurine Starkey (SSI, Gold Box), Susan Manley (SSI, Gold Box), and a handful of others.
Unfortunately, we don't know much of anything about the game. In fact, everything we know about the game can be summed up in a single sentence:
From the creators of Bard's Tale III, Dragon Wars, and Myth III: The Wolf Age, comes a new dungeon crawler set in a whole new world!
