Following today's stunning CGI trailer, CD Projekt RED has another announcement for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, this time concerning voice acting: Charles Dance (Game of Thrones, Alien 3, The Last Action Hero) has joined the cast as Nilfgaard emperor Emhyr var Emreis. Here's a brief quote from the announcement:

(Charles Dance is the perfect candidate to play the mighty Nilfgaardian emperor in our upcoming title. It's a dream come true for the team here at RED to be able to work with such an accomplished actor and magnetic personality,) said Marcin Blacha, Lead Writer for the title.

I can't help but wonder if this means that the videogame version of the character will have a penchant for heavy-handed symbolism.
