It looks like Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition is finally back on sale on Beamdog's own store and iTunes, which likely means that the legal problems with Atari have been finally sorted out. There's no official communication as of now, unless you take this brief and telling tweet from Trent Oster as such, but I'm inclined to believe this also means that work on Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition patches and Baldur's Gate 2: Enhanced Edition is also resuming.

We'll update you as soon as we learn more, but nevertheless, it's nice to finally hear the news.
