Warner Bros. and Snowblind have treated us to a 30-minute playable demo of The Lord of the Rings: War in the North, but it comes with one major caveat: it's only available through OnLive's US and UK services. Still, it's available to both PC and Mac users, it doesn't look like it will cost you anything, and there are no concerns over system requirements thanks to OnLive's cloud technology.

Does this mean that there will be a demo on Steam in the near future, as well? Probably.
