The Deus Ex: Human Revolution community has been quite inquisitive since art director Jonathan Jacques-Belletête discussed the game's health regeneration mechanics in his latest "Ask JJB" video, so to answer some of the questions the team was getting about regeneration delays and durations, programmer Steve Lalancette created this cheat sheet. The numbers are definitely worth chronicling, even though they could change dramatically before the game's release...

Easy Difficulty: 5.525 second delay, 21.739 second duration
Medium Difficulty: 6.5 second delay, 25 second duration
Hard Difficulty: 7.475 second delay, 29.412 second duration
